Your email address and sign-in identity, the display name, bio, country and avatar you choose, the fragrances and wear history you log, wishlist entries, posts, comments and direct messages, and any photos you upload of your bottles or collection.
Photos you upload are stored in Accord's backend and shown only where you post them: your profile, your posts, or a verification review seen by Accord administrators. Verification photos are never shown to other collectors. Product artwork shown on fragrance cards comes from licensed catalogue data and brand sources, not from other members.
Accord uses your approximate region (from the country on your profile or your browser locale) to show prices, retailer links and deals for the market you shop in. We do not track precise GPS location.
Scent of the Day uses coarse weather data for your area to suggest a bottle. Weather lookups are not stored against your account.
Payments are processed by Stripe; Accord never sees your card details. Some content is fetched from news, video and retailer services when you view the Fragrance Wire or a buy link. AI features may send a fragrance or brand name (never your personal data) to our AI provider to research public product information.
You can edit or delete anything you post, turn notifications off, block other collectors, and permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Plan section of your profile. Questions: support@accordcollection.com.
