Salvador Dali

Salvador Domènec Felip Jacint Dalí i Domènech, Marquis de Púbol (May 11, 1904 – January 23, 1989), commonly known as Salvador Dalí was a prominent Spanish Catalan surrealist artist of the 20th century. This talented and imaginative man is best-known for his paintings, but Dali mastered several arts in his lifetime, including film, sculpture, and photography, collaborating with artists across a variety of media. Dalí trained at the San Fernando Academy of Fine Arts, where he cultivated his eccentric personal style and rubbed elbows with other notable artists and writers of the day, including fi
