Libertin Louison, a perfumer and designer born in Belgium, founded his own line of perfumes, scented candles and cosmetics named Technique Indiscrete in 2008. Louison is a classically-trained perfumer who creates original fragrances in his independent laboratory in Paris. Starting out as a designer in Paris, he quickly gained popularity with his clothing collection that interplays elegance with stirring romanticism.
