Alexander Julian

Alexander Julian is an American fashion designer. His style is classic, always comfortable, distinctly American and casually elegant. In the early 70’s, Alexander Julian set out to modernize traditional menswear with innovative new silhouettes and fabrics, introducing new colors and color combinations into the common vernacular. He became the first American fashion designer to design his own cloth.His famous collection of Colours was first launched 1981. The menswear business underwent some changes in the late 1990s and early 2000s; he reassigned his tailored clothing license to Pincus Bros.-M
